What Are Your Charges?

SCENARIO 1 - ONSHORE Partner Visa

If the Applicant is outside of Australia and we are preparing a Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) as well as a 1st Stage Subclass 309 or 820 application, our charges are ~~$6997~~ $6497 + DHA Application Charges.

Suited To: This option is most suited to couples where the applicant is overseas and the couple would like to secure a Visitor visa to Australia with the view of then submitting the onshore Partner visa. Alternatively, if the Visitor visa is refused (which does happen), we would revert to PLAN B, which is submitting an offshore Partner visa (which will either be a Prospective Marriage Visa, or, Subclass 309 depending on the facts of the couple).

SCENARIO 2 - Tourist Visa + Partner Visa

If the Applicant is already inside Australia and we are preparing a 1st Stage Subclass 820 application, our charges are ~~$5997~~ $5497+ DHA Application Charges.

Suited To: This option is most suited to couples where the applicant is overseas and the couple would like to secure a Visitor visa to Australia with the view of then submitting the onshore Partner visa. SCENARIO 3 - Prospective Marriage Visa

If the Applicant is outside Australia and we are preparing a 1st Stage Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) application, our charges are ~~$5997~~ $5497 + DHA Application Charges.

Once approved, the PMV holder will enter Australia, marry their Australian Sponsor and then submit the onshore Subclass 820. Our charges to prepare this additional stage are $3997 + DHA Application Charges.

Suited To: This option is most suited to couples where the applicant is overseas and the couple would like to apply directly for a Prospective Marriage Visa on the basis that they have met in person and intend to marry. Once the PMV is approved, the migrating partner would then enter Australia, marry their Aussie partner, and submit an onshore Subclass 820 Partner visa as a married couple.

SCENARIO 4 - OFFSHORE Partner Visa

If the Applicant is outside Australia and we are preparing a 1st Stage Subclass 309 application, our charges are ~~$5997~~ $5497 + DHA Application Charges.

Suited To: This option is most suited to couples where the applicant is overseas and the couple would like to apply directly for a Subclass 309 Partner Visa on the basis that they are in a committed defacto or married relationship.

Whats Your Payment Structure?

For all relationship scenarios outlined above, we ask for 75% of our quoted professional fees as an initial payment. The remaining 25% of our quoted professional fees will only be requested prior to lodgement of the Partner visa.

All DHA Charges are requested prior to lodgement of any respective application.
